What happened?
In 2021, we represented a male factory worker who suffered from severe crush injuries caused by a piece of equipment called a mould press. The claimant had been instructed by his employer to repair the mould press, despite being improperly trained to do so.
During the repair, the machine suddenly went into operation, causing the following injuries:
